A contract is formed between us and you when (and not before) we have sent you confirmation by email to the email address you have given and receive settlement of your credit/debit card payment. If you want to cancel or amend your order you must contact us as soon as possible. A reprocessing fee will be charge for all Cancel and Amends to Made to Order Items.

Payment for goods ordered can be made by any method shown in this website at the time you place your order.

All payments are taken in pounds Sterling and / or US Dollars  and all purchases may be inclusive of VAT at the prevailing UK rate.

The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the on-line order. If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods. Ordered goods will normally be delivered within 3 – 5 weeks of your order being accepted unless otherwise notified to you by us. If we are unable to deliver the goods within 10 weeks of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund or re-credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit in full any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card.

ORDERING

By placing an order with us you:

• are making an offer to I.Kollection to purchase the goods detailed in your order on the terms described in your order;

• will provide a contact phone number so that we can get in touch if there is a problem with your order. You agree that we may pass this number onto our courier to help with the delivery of your order.
• We reserve the right to refuse an order (or any alterations requested) in our absolute discretion.
• We shall not be obliged to complete an order for a product which was priced incorrectly on our Website. If the products have been delivered and you have paid for the products, we shall inform you of the error, and you may return the items free of charge and we shall refund the price you paid to us.
• Once you have placed an order for goods and delivery we will send you confirmation email that your order has been received. Please check these details carefully and let us know as soon as possible if the details are wrong.
• All orders are subject to availability (we reserve the right to change the availability of our products at any time) and to our acceptance of your order (by us dispatching the goods to you).
• Your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorised and charged when your order is placed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• We endeavour to display through this Website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. Unfortunately we may find that an item has sold out after you have placed your order, and we will notify you of this as soon as possible, and either offer you an alternative or a refund.

Sample Clothing

We provide a sample outfit service exclusively in the UK

Clothing must be returned within 28 days of dispatch. Failure to do so will result in the full cost of the dress and top to be charged to you. If you need to extend the return date please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not heard from you we will proceed with the charge.

Second Class return postage is provided within the UK only. If you choose your own service, please use a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost items.

NO REFUND will be given for this service. Upon the safe return of your sample dress we will issue a store credit on your account for the cost of the service excluding postage.

MADE to ORDER items

Please note that all Made to Order items carry a return reprocessing fee. By placing your order with us for any Made to Order Item you agree to our Returns and Refund Policy.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

All debit and credit card payments are subject to validation by the card issuer. In the event that your card issuer refuses to authorise your purchase, or delays giving us that authorisation, we cannot be liable for any delays caused to the delivery times.

From time to time I.Kollection will run promotions and offers on selected products or lines. All qualifying Promotional Offers will be automatically applied to your order.

DELIVERY

Items are delivered world wide but certain countries but we may not be able to deliver to a number of countries in Africa.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt for full price merchandise and 7 days for sale merchandise. We will be happy to offer a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging including the sales tag.You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

Items can be returned outside this period if they are faulty, but please take extra care to read our care labels or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

For digital products such as style consultancy, refunds cannot be obtained after any stipulated guarantee or warranty periods which is usually 7 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or refund altered merchandise (unless they are found to be faulty).

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products or services on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products or services.

While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.
